CDL‑A SOLO DRIVERS WANTED
DEDICATED | HOME WEEKLY | CONSISTENT FREIGHT
Bright Flag Recruiting is hiring for full‑time CDL‑A Solo Drivers based out of Odessa, TX on a dedicated account.
Experience as a CDL‑A driver looking for stability and strong home time? Perfect.
Want consistent freight with solid pay and bonuses? Even better.
- Average weekly pay: $1,500
- Top weekly pay: $1,700
- Average annual pay: $78,000
- Top annual pay: $88,400
- Mileage‑based pay
- Safe & on‑time mileage bonus

- Trucks can be taken home (secure parking coordinated with account manager)
- Dedicated account
- Average 2,000+ miles per week
- 2–3 loads per week
- 2–6 stops per load
- Home weekly with a 34‑hour reset
- Delivery areas include:
- Eastern Texas
- New Mexico
- Arizona
- Southern Nevada
- Southern Utah
- Southern Colorado
- Dry freight
- Drivers hand unload using gravity rollers
- Additional pay for every unload
- Top‑of‑the‑line automatic transmission sleeper trucks
- Tandem‑axle sleepers pulling 53’ dry van trailers
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
- Minimum 3 months of CDL-A experience
- Ability to work nights, evenings, and early mornings
- Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English
- Must meet all DOT requirements, including physical, background check, and drug screen
- Must maintain a clean and safe driving record
- Reliable, safety-focused, and customer-service–oriented
- Must be able to safely operate in mountain driving environments
