About the job Senior Application Administrator Location: Baton Rouge, LA 70802, USA Period: December 12, 2022 – June 30, 2024 The scope of the proposed services will include the following: Provides maintenance and support of Jira Oversee head administration, configuration and support of Jira Identify, respond, research and resolve program, data, or system software problems in consultation with other employees and/or users Provide technical knowledge transfer, training, documentation, mentorship and guidance to State personnel for requested work Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory Experience performing upgrade of multi-noded datacenter instance (8.x version minimum) Experience updating Jira application configuration files (e.g., setenv.sh, server.xml, web.xml, application-properties, DB configuration, etc.) Experience creating and updating Groovy scripts Experience performing Jira project configuration including customized workflow post functions, custom listeners, custom events, and complex work item security schemes Experience using RHEL command line Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory Experience monitoring and troubleshooting issues with clustered nodes, submitting and working with Atlassian support as necessary Experience creating and updating Bash scripts Experience maintaining CRON table entries Experience with T-SQL and creation/alteration of SQL Server database objects (e.g., stored procedures, views, tables, etc.) Experience constructing JQL including advanced functions Certification as Jira Administrator Setup and use of Jira API's Configuration of external application integrations AD/LDAP connection and configuration HTML/JavaScript Structure Zephyr Squad and/or Zephyr Scale Basic understanding of load balancing and networking #J-18808-Ljbffr Nanosoft Consulting Talent Page
