Job Description

Mid State Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center is actively seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Orthopaedic General Surgeon to join our high-performing, well-established private practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-centered team with access to advanced technology, robust support, and strong community ties.

What We Offer:

Guaranteed base salary + productivity bonus as an Associate Physician
Additional pay for call
No buy-in required for partnership track after just 2 years

Practice Overview Mid State Orthopaedic & Sports Medicine Center:
As the leading orthopaedic provider within a two-hour radius of Alexandria, LA, Mid State is known for delivering compassionate, personalized care using state-of-the-art technology.

Team: 10 physicians, 6 PAs, and 3 NPs
Facilities:
- Two main clinics (Alexandria & Pineville)
- Three satellite clinics
- One Orthopaedic Urgent Care
- Two physical therapy locations
- Onsite services include EMG, imaging, injections, and DME
- State-of-the-art ASC opening in Fall 2026
Technology: ModMed EMR for streamlined clinical workflows
