Electromechanical Assembler

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Electromechanical Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will work within a collaborative, high-precision manufacturing environment specializing in the assembly, fine-wire handling, and micro-soldering of precision potentiometers and sub-assemblies.

salary: $52,000 - $58,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Precision Potentiometer Assembly: Assemble, adjust, and trim delicate mechanical and electrical wiper, element, and housing sub-assemblies according to precise customer specifications.
• Microscope & Magnification Work: Perform micro-soldering, delicate hand-tool adjustments, and fine-wire handling under stereo magnification microscopes.
• In-Process Quality Inspection: Perform visual inspection and basic electrical/mechanical test checks (e.g., measuring resistance, continuity, and rotational torque) using standard digital multimeters (DMM), calipers, and optical comparators.
• ESD & Cleanliness Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protocols, clean handling, and maintaining a well-organized personal workstation.
• Documentation & Work Orders: Accurately complete router documentation, labor tracking, and work order traveler logs for AS9100 / ISO 9001 compliance.
