Center Director

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Center Director to lead the overall operations and growth of our learning center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving enrollments, ensuring operational excellence, managing the center team, and delivering an exceptional experience for students and parents. Role Overview As the Center Director , you will have end-to-end ownership of the center's business performance, sales and enrollments, operations, team performance, parent experience, and student success. You will work closely with teachers, parents, students, and central teams to ensure the center consistently achieves its business and academic objectives. This role requires a strong combination of sales orientation, people leadership, operational excellence, and customer relationship management. Key Responsibilities Own the center's monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets. Conduct consultations with prospective parents and students to understand their needs and effectively communicate Bhanzu's programs and value proposition. Drive conversions from leads, consultations, trials, and walk-ins into enrollments. Build strong relationships with parents to drive retention, referrals, and repeat enrollments. Monitor the sales funnel and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates. Work closely with the marketing team to execute local marketing and lead-generation initiatives. Track and review sales performance against targets and take corrective actions where required. 2. Center Operations Take complete ownership of the day-to-day functioning of the learning center. Ensure classes start and finish on schedule and that the center operates smoothly and efficiently. Manage student attendance, class schedules, classroom utilization, and daily center activities. Ensure all operational processes and Bhanzu standards are consistently followed. Identify operational gaps and implement solutions to improve efficiency and student experience. Maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organized environment for students, parents, and employees. 3. Student & Parent Experience Build strong relationships with students and parents and act as the primary point of contact for center-related concerns. Ensure parents receive timely and effective communication regarding classes, progress, schedules, and center activities. Address parent concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Monitor student satisfaction, engagement, attendance, and retention. Create a positive learning environment that encourages students to develop confidence and interest in mathematics. Lead, manage, and motivate the center team to achieve business and student experience goals. Manage staff schedules, responsibilities, and performance. Support the hiring, onboarding, training, and development of center staff and teachers. Ensure teachers consistently follow Bhanzu's curriculum, pedagogy, and teaching standards. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members. Build a high-performance and collaborative culture within the center. 5. Material & Resource Management Maintain adequate inventory of learning materials, worksheets, teaching aids, and other center resources. Ensure timely availability and distribution of materials to teachers and students. Monitor resource utilization and minimize wastage. Coordinate with central teams for timely replenishment of required materials and resources. Ensure the center is adequately prepared for daily classes, events, and workshops. 6. Reporting & Performance Management Track and analyze key center performance metrics, including: Enrollments and revenue Retention and churn Student and parent satisfaction Teacher productivity Sales team performance Prepare and share weekly and monthly business reviews with the central leadership team. Identify performance gaps and create actionable plans to improve center performance. Use data and insights to make informed operational and business decisions. 7. Events & Local Marketing Support the planning and execution of workshops, events, open houses, demo classes, and other center activities. Work with the marketing team to drive local awareness and student acquisition. Build relationships with local communities, schools, and relevant partners where required. Represent Bhanzu at local events and community initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in sales, center management, education, retail, hospitality, customer success, or a similar people-facing business environment. Experience managing a team and owning business or revenue targets is preferred. Strong sales and customer relationship management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
