We are open Thursday - Sunday which means your work week is four days. Requirements In this position, you will learn how to: Prepare the dining room before service. Proper service techniques and verbiage. Properly follow through with executing service (greeting guests, serving guests, etc.) Learn, understand, and memorize our ever‑evolving menu. Properly pour wine. Maintain table setting by removing dishes at correct time, replenishing utensils as needed, refilling water glasses on time, being alert to patrons and their needs. Work fast, efficient, and clean. Meet fine dining skill‑sets, standards and use proper etiquette. Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
