You do not need previous experience managing multiple locations. We're looking for someone with leadership potential who wants an opportunity to grow.

What You'll Do This is a hands-on management position. You'll spend about half your time working directly with members as a trained Stretch Practitioner and the other half helping lead our two studios. You'll:

• Lead, motivate, and support team members
• Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
• Help manage staffing, schedules, and daily studio operations
• Introduce prospective members to Stretch Zone and help grow memberships
• Follow up with leads, missed appointments, and prospective members
• Coach the team and help achieve studio performance goals
• Provide an exceptional experience for members at both locations

• Have reliable transportation and can work at both Fayetteville and Rogers
• Have flexibility to work some evenings and weekends based on studio needs

Fitness Experience Is a Plus—Not a Requirement Experience in personal training, gyms, boutique fitness, wellness, membership sales, retail leadership, hospitality, or another people-focused environment can all translate well to this position. A fitness-related degree or certification is a plus, but it's not required.

Compensation: $22.00 per hour

The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
