Third-Party Logistics Specialist Raytheon is hiring a Third‑Party Logistics Specialist to oversee and manage the logistics execution and contract oversight of Raytheon’s strategic 3PL supplier. The selected candidate will be responsible for Raytheon’s Northeast Region logistics activities onsite at our 3PL Manchester, NH location. The role collaborates with third‑party logistics warehouse leadership to ensure performance aligns with Raytheon KPIs, including inbound, picking/packing and outbound processes. The candidate will identify process improvements, monitor compliance with contract requirements, and serve as the primary liaison between the 3PL and Raytheon. What You Will Do Oversee 3PL warehousing execution and drive process improvement opportunities through lean manufacturing concepts. Serve as key liaison between the 3PL and Raytheon factory and program offices. Lead complex 3PL outbound customer deliveries. Ensure 3PL compliance with contract requirements. Coordinate outbound customer orders. Collaborate with 3PL and Raytheon to meet contractual obligations. Qualifications You Must Have University degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of five years relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least three years experience. Experience working within a factory, warehouse or 3PL environment. Leadership or management experience. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued security clearance. U.S. citizenship required. Qualifications We Prefer Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Data analytics experience. Knowledge of SAP/WMS/ERP in logistics. Domestic/international shipping experience. Experience with DFAR/ITAR/DD‑250/AS9100. Experience with WAAF/PIEE/SIR. Familiarity with aerospace and defense industry. Willingness to go above and beyond for customers. Strong organizational skills in a high‑paced complex environment with multiple competing internal and external customers. Not Relocation Eligible.
