Our growing manufacturing client is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Programmer to join their team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and taking ownership of projects from programming and setup through production.ResponsibilitiesProgram, set up, and troubleshoot CNC machinesWork with CNC mills and/or lathesReview blueprints and customer requirementsSelect tooling, fixtures, feeds, and speedsPerform prove-outs and process improvementsMake machine offsets and program edits as neededSupport production and help resolve machining issuesWork closely with quality and manufacturing teamsQualificationsCNC programming and setup experienceStrong machining backgroundAbility to read and interpret blueprintsExperience with tooling, fixturing, and process troubleshootingCAD/CAM experience is a plusExperience with Fanuc, Haas, Okuma, Doosan, Makino, Brother, or similar controls is preferredWhat They're Looking ForHands-on problem solverSelf-motivated and dependableSomeone who enjoys improving processes and taking ownership of their workTeam player who can support both production and new job launches #J-18808-Ljbffr
