Business Process Analyst

Gather, analyze, track and present data in an easy-to-understand manner Examine data reports to identify and resolve errors Produce, analyze, and distribute reports Communicate changes in an effective and timely manner Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement reporting solutions Gather, review and analyze business data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics using data analytics tools Assist the Bank in developing best practices, frameworks and metrics needed to evaluate and improve the Bank’s operations Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations Identify opportunities for process improvement, utilizing business process mapping Support the portfolio review, maintenance and prioritization review process Write user guides, various tracking documents, data specifications, release notes, and other deliverables as needed Acquire industry, application, and data content knowledge in the functional areas served by the department Create and Execute queries for research, assist in decision making, and ad hoc reporting Software requirements Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Preferred ServiceNow SharePoint Tableau SQL Visio Aha!
