North Alabama Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our established Internal Medicine Residency Program as a Core Faculty member in beautiful Florence, Alabama. • Community hospital with an unopposed Internal Medicine residency program
• Join an established team of 7 Core Faculty physicians
• Approximately 70% teaching/administrative responsibilities and 30% clinical practice
• Outpatient primary care, office procedures, resident precepting, didactic teaching, and mentoring
• Full-spectrum Internal Medicine practice
• Opportunity to participate in curriculum development and program growth
• Interest in geriatric medicine is welcomed but not required
• Supportive and collegial academic environment

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Proficiency in inpatient medicine required
• Passion for teaching and mentoring residents
• Interest or experience in curriculum development and academic leadership is a plus
