Cable Technician

We’re hiring Data Center Cable Technicians to support a large-scale infrastructure upgrade project for a major global technology provider , delivered by a leading international systems integrator .

This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with some cabling or data center exposure who are looking to grow their skills, gain enterprise experience, and build a long-term career in data center infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Pulling and routing high volumes of fiber optic cabling
• Assisting with the replacement of legacy coax cabling with fiber
• Performing basic fiber termination tasks
• Working across multiple data center sites as project needs shift
• Following safety, quality, and documentation standards in live data center environments

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6+ months of hands-on cabling experience , ideally in:
  • Data centers
  • Telecom central offices
  • Structured cabling environments
• Comfortable using basic hand tools
• Ability to work on your feet and handle physical cabling work
• Willingness to travel locally between data center sites

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Reno, NV.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
