Embedded Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Embedded Systems / Model-Based Development Engineer with strong knowledge of MATLAB-based model development, MBSE, requirements analysis, and automotive product development. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in Model-Based Development (MBD), software/system requirements, design documentation, and embedded systems. Key Responsibilities Analyze and develop system and software requirements documents . Develop high‑level and detailed‑level designs as part of the Model-Based Development process. Prepare interface sheets and other engineering artifacts required for MBD. Analyze system/software requirements and ensure traceability throughout the development lifecycle. Develop and maintain MATLAB/Simulink models for automotive embedded systems. Understand and implement appropriate unit testing methodologies . Support static code/model analysis and ensure compliance with development standards. Work with GitHub repositories for source‑code and model version control. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support automotive product development. Participate in design reviews, requirement reviews, testing, and validation activities. Required Skills 3–5 years of experience in Automotive Product Development or Embedded Systems . Strong hands‑on experience with: Model-Based Development (MBD) MBSE and Requirements Analysis System and Software Requirements High‑Level and Detailed‑Level Design Unit Testing Static Analysis GitHub / Git‑based repositories Strong understanding of embedded software development processes. Good understanding of automotive product development lifecycle. Preferred Skills Knowledge of AUTOSAR is an added advantage. Experience with Python is preferred.
