• Hours/week: Varies based on schedule

• Experience: Not open to new graduates; minimum experience required
• Travel/Commute: Candidates within 1 hour of Novi preferred

What You'll Do:

• Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics during diverse procedures
• Perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments for patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics
• Develop and implement personalized anesthesia care plans
• Monitor patients intraoperatively and postoperatively for safety and comfort
• Manage airway and respond to anesthesia emergencies
• Collaborate with surgical, nursing, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document care accurately within EPIC EMR system

What You Need:

• Valid Michigan RN license and certification (ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA)
• Proven experience as a CRNA (not accepting new grads)
• Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with diverse surgical procedures
• Ability to adapt to a self-scheduling environment
