Sr. Customer Service Representative

Company Overview The Senior Customer Service Representative handles daily interaction with internal and external customers, assists with consumer inquiries and disputes, maintains internal databases, and tracks and resolves calls to our customer service phone line. What You’ll Do Serve as the point of contact for all calls to Customer Service 800 Line, resolving customer inquiries and disputes and escalating to appropriate departments as needed. Assist consumers with disputes related to credit card operations, station inquiries, products, and billing. Assist distributors and dealers with issues related to credit, billing, marketing, accounting, and finance. Support sales staff in daily operations by resolving customer inquiries and coordinating resources and supplies. Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments, collaborating to resolve issues. Update and maintain all department reports and databases. Handle credit‑related activities, including chargebacks, overshorts, inventory management, billing, and tracking of credit card transactions. Serve as a back‑up to the manager for new station set‑ups, including credit card processing setup, equipment ordering, and system updates. Participate in special projects, information gathering, and ad‑hoc reporting as needed. Pay Range Starting base pay for full‑time (40 hours per week) employment: $27.30–$40.96 per hour. Pay may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications. Qualifications Must reside near the Framingham, Massachusetts area. Associate’s degree or related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role. At least 2 years of experience as a lead customer service representative preferred. Experience in the petroleum industry preferred. Flexible schedule preferred.
