Overview Blue Origin is assembling the leadership team that will enable humanity’s future in space. As Sr. Business Operations Program Manager (PM), Talent Acquisition , you will own the operating cadence, inspection mechanisms, and business insights that drive productivity, accountability, and hiring excellence across the Talent Acquisition organization. Responsibilities This role serves as the single-threaded owner of TA’s Rhythm of the Business (ROTB)—establishing, running, and continuously improving Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs), performance dashboards, and executive reporting. You will partner closely with TA leadership, Finance, Workforce Planning, HR, and Recruiting Operations to ensure leaders have timely, accurate, and actionable insights to make better decisions. By deeply analyzing data, identifying trends and root causes, and translating insights into action, you will drive measurable improvements in recruiter productivity, hiring velocity, quality, and candidate experience. This role demands strong business acumen, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to influence change across a complex, fast‑moving organization.
