HIRING IMMEDIATELY: WAREHOUSE PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE IN RIALTO, CA
Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Production Associate to join our client in Rialto, CA. This individual will be responsible for keeping a safe and organized environment as well as getting tasks completed in a timely manner. Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Ranging at $18 to $19.80/hour, paid weekly
- Monday - Friday | 7 am -3:30 pm OR 8 am - 6:30 pm
- Located in Rialto, CA
Duties and Responsibilities
- Inspect finished products for quality, including checking for defects and damage
- Perform routine maintenance on packaging machines to ensure smooth operations, cleaning and troubleshooting equipment as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of production volumes, packaging details, and any discrepancies during the shift
- Assist with material handling and packaging supplies are stocked and readily available
- Perform regular inspections of the packaging area, maintaining cleanliness and organization
- Work closely with other production team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
- Report any issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisors for prompt resolution
Requirements and Qualifications
- Assembly line production experience is a plus
- Understand basic English and instructions
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Stand for long periods of time
- Work weekends, holidays, and overtime if needed
