Fire Sprinkler Foreman

Pay: $32.00 - $50.00 per hour Guardian South Inc. is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead field crews in the installation and service of commercial fire sprinkler systems. This is an in-person, hands‑on leadership role for someone who values quality work, safety, and teamwork. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints to install prefabricated fire sprinkler piping. Work efficiently under tight deadlines. Oversee service and tenant improvement projects for existing facilities. Cut, thread, and groove pipe to specifications using tools like saws and pipe threaders. Coordinate with customers and various contractors to resolve field conflicts. Manage job scheduling and project progression efficiently and cost-effectively. Maintain high‑quality standards and ensure job site safety. Provide support and guidance to other field installers and helpers. Keep updated with industry knowledge and OSHA safety standards. Qualifications Five years of experience in fire sprinkler system installation and service. MUST have a current CalFire Commercial Sprinkler Fitter license. Working knowledge of wet, dry, and pre‑action systems, as well as backflow and fire pumps. Proficient in NFPA 13, 20, 24, and 25 code requirements. Competent in using trade‑appropriate tools for daily pipe fitting duties and ability to read fire system design drawings. Excellent organizational, decision‑making, and communication skills.
