Location High Focus Centers – Lansdale, PA High Focus Centers is a trusted provider of outpatient behavioral health services in southeastern Pennsylvania, offering specialized programs such as Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope. We serve adults and adolescents with a focus on mental health, eating disorders, and co‑occurring concerns. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Full‑Time Adolescent Counselor to join our Lansdale clinical team. The role focuses on delivering individual and group therapy to adolescent clients in an outpatient setting. Dedicated professionals who support young people in their mental health journeys are encouraged to apply. Schedule & Compensation Full‑Time, Monday through Friday Approximately 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM Salary: Approximately $55,000 annually Responsibilities Providing individual outpatient therapy to adolescent clients Facilitating group therapy sessions for adolescents Conducting clinical assessments and developing person‑centered treatment plans Collaborating with families, schools, and referral sources to support client progress Monitoring behavioral and emotional needs and adjusting treatment as clinically indicated Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation Participating in clinical meetings and care coordination Supporting program goals and performing additional clinical duties as assigned The Ideal Candidate Demonstrates Expertise in adolescent mental health and co‑occurring conditions Strong assessment and treatment planning skills Ability to engage teens in meaningful therapeutic work Effective communication with families and support systems Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse backgrounds Commitment to ethical standards and clinical best practices Qualifications Required Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field Completion of a clinical‑based internship or practicum Preferred Experience providing therapy to adolescents in outpatient settings Pyramid CORE Values We commit to and pride ourselves on live our CORE values, which guide our employees’ behavior and standards: INTEGRITY – Striving to be honest, transparent, and ethical when dealing with clients, staff, and the community.
