Thispositionwillleadeffortsinqualitydocumentation(PPAPs,FAIs,capabilitystudies),KPIdevelopment,rootcauseanalysis,correctiveactions,andauditreadiness.TheidealcandidatewillhaveexperiencewithISO9001:2015standards,LeanandSixSigmamethodologies,andbecomfortableinterpretingengineeringdrawings,conductingaudits,andmanagingcalibrationprograms.FamiliaritywithERP/QMSsystems,SPC,andMSAishighlypreferred,alongwithexperienceworkingwithmaterialssuchassteel,stainlesssteel,oraluminum.8Disamust.RelocationisofferedasthisroleisinColumbus,MS. Qualifications:- Bachelor'sdegreeinEngineeringrequired
- 4-5+yearsofexperienceinqualityand/orcontinuousimprovementinamanufacturingsetting
- Hands-onexperiencewithLean,SixSigma,capabilitystudies,andstructuredproblem-solving(8D,etc.)
- ProficiencyinISO9001:2015;auditingcertificationsorleadauditortrainingispreferred
- ERPandQMSsoftwareexperienceisimportant
- StrongbackgroundinSPC,MSA,andanalyzingproductionmetrics
