Automotive Concepts is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Specialist to help customers transform their vehicles into something truly unique. In this consultative sales role, you'll work one on one with customers to understand their goals, recommend customized solutions, and guide them through the entire process, from initial consultation to final delivery.

Whether it's a lifted truck, luxury SUV, Jeep, Bronco, sports car, or daily driver, you'll help customers create a vehicle they're proud to own.

What You'll Do

Consult & Sell

• Meet with retail customers to understand their needs, lifestyle, budget, and vehicle goals.
• Design customized vehicle packages that enhance appearance, comfort, performance, protection, and functionality.
• Recommend products that best fit each customer's vehicle and budget.
• Educate customers on available products, features, and installation options.
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and sales orders.
• Follow up consistently on quotes and sales opportunities to convert leads into completed sales.

Recommend and sell products including:

• Lift & Lowering Kits
• Suspension
• Truck Accessories
• Leather Interiors
• Heated & Ventilated Seats
• Remote Starts
• Audio & Video Systems
• Window Tint
• Paint Protection Film
• Ceramic Coatings
• Spray In Bedliners
• Running Boards
• Tonneau Covers
• Lighting
• Graphics & Wraps
• Performance Accessories

Source Products

• Research and source the best products through manufacturers, distributors, and vendor partners.
• Compare pricing, availability, quality, and compatibility.
• Recommend alternative products when needed to meet customer goals or project timelines.

Coordinate Projects

• Transition sold projects to the Shop Manager for production scheduling.
• Coordinate with purchasing and production to ensure parts arrive on time.
• Communicate proactively with customers throughout the build process.
• Coordinate vehicle drop off and pickup.
• Ensure every project is completed on schedule and exceeds customer expectations.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

• Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
• Follow up after delivery to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment.

Manage Your Sales Pipeline

• Maintain accurate customer records, notes, estimates, and communications within the CRM.
• Actively manage leads through every stage of the sales pipeline using consistent follow up and task management.
• Track open opportunities, customer communications, and sales activity.
• Maintain strong organization while managing multiple active projects simultaneously.
• Meet or exceed established sales and gross profit goals.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience in automotive sales, aftermarket accessories, dealership sales, retail sales, or a related customer service role.
• Passion for vehicles and automotive customization.
• Strong communication, relationship building, and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated with a consultative sales approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred

• Experience selling aftermarket accessories or vehicle customization.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
• Proven ability to consistently follow up on leads and convert opportunities into sales.
• Knowledge of OEM trim levels and aftermarket products.
• Experience with truck accessories, suspension, wheels and tires, leather interiors, electronics, window tint, paint protection film, ceramic coatings, graphics, wraps, and performance accessories.
• Familiarity with manufacturer and distributor ordering systems.
