Alumni & Fundraising Coordinator Location: Arkansas City Main Campus, Arkansas City, KS Salary: $40,954.00 – $49,578.00 (Full Time) Education Level: Bachelor's Degree (required) Job Summary Cowley College is seeking a dynamic and relationship‑driven Alumni & Fundraising Coordinator to strengthen alumni engagement and support the college’s fundraising initiatives. This role is responsible for cultivating meaningful connections with alumni, coordinating events, and supporting fundraising campaigns that advance the mission of Cowley College. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategies to engage alumni through events, communications, and volunteer opportunities. Maintain and update the alumni database to ensure accurate contact and engagement records. Coordinate alumni events such as reunions, networking mixers, and recognition ceremonies. Produce alumni newsletters, social media content, and outreach materials. Serve as the primary point of contact for alumni inquiries and support. Assist the Workforce and Community Engagement office as needed.
