Compensation and Benefits We offer a highly competitive total compensation package that features a starting base salary of $230,000 annually, complemented by an initial sign-on bonus and a location-based stipend. With a HPSA score of 21 you may qualify for various programs offering up to $250,000 in loan forgiveness over 6 years.
