Position Summary: We are seeking a Vascular Surgeon to join our growing, multi-site cardiology program. This practice is in an upscale, beachfront setting with access to many wonderful amenities. The organization is building a new ASC/OBL facility offering an equity ownership opportunity. Enjoy the autonomy to lead, build, and grow our vascular surgery service line based on your interests, with support from a trusted brand, its partners, and a very tenured and experienced staff.
Location: Port. St. Lucie, FL
Practice Setting: ASC, Outpatient, private practice model with hospital rounds
Practice Highlights:

Join an established, high-performing cardiology practice expanding into a new clinical location
ASC Partnership opportunity, new facility under construction, opening Q3 2025
Dedicated clinical staff: RN and MA assigned to each physician
Practice autonomy with full support from a collaborative and experienced care team
Opportunities for leadership and professional development
Physician-owned Managed Service Organization (MSO) support, including HR, marketing, compliance, IT, payer negotiations

Compensation Details:

$50k sign on bonus
Guaranteed salary + productivity
Full benefits package includes retirement w/matching, PTO, malpractice, health insurance, etc.
