Position Overview We are looking for a senior bilingual Warehouse Manager for our new warehouse in Fontana, CA. Work visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. Responsibilities Oversee a team of full‑time employees, responsible for staffing, training, professional development, motivation, retention, and disciplinary actions up to termination. Promote workforce excellence by implementing progressive strategies in performance and productivity management, providing consistent, equitable feedback and coaching. Direct operational activities within the warehouse, conduct operational meetings to ensure adherence to work instructions, workflow processes and safety regulations, oversee scheduling and ensure tasks are completed to quality standards. Administer scheduling of employee time‑offs, minimizing disruption to operations. Generate and distribute various reports essential to daily operations. Deliver superior customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain facility security and inventory integrity. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. At least 4 years of experience in high‑volume warehouse management. Proven knowledge of the logistics sector with a network of service providers. Exceptional leadership, influence, organizational, communication, interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.
