What we’re looking for:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current (or eligibility for) SLP licensure in Connecticut
• Ability to deliver direct and virtual speech/language therapy
• Previous school-based or pediatric therapy experience preferred
• Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY); mentorship available!
• Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
• Commitment to cultural competence and inclusion

Key responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services for school-aged children
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to student success strategies
• Use evidence-based interventions for diverse learning needs, both onsite and via teletherapy
