HOUSEKEEPER / CLEANING ASSOCIATE

Pay: $17.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Location: In Person

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Housekeepers to maintain clean, sanitary, and organized residential and common areas. This position includes cleaning dorm rooms, bathrooms, shower facilities, hallways, and other assigned areas.

Candidates must have previous housekeeping experience, reliable transportation, and a strong attendance record.

JOB DUTIES

● Vacuum carpets, hallways, and common areas.

● Dust furniture, windowsills, and other surfaces.

● Clean and sanitize public restrooms and shower facilities.

● Clean and prepare dorm rooms after residents move out.

● Empty trash containers and replace liners.

● Sweep and mop floors.

● Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed.

● Maintain clean and sanitary common areas.

● Report maintenance issues, damage, or unsafe conditions to management.

● Properly use cleaning products, supplies, and equipment.

● Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

● Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

● Perform additional housekeeping duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

● Previous housekeeping experience is required.

● A current resume is required.

● Must have reliable transportation.

● Must be flexible and available to work any day of the week, including weekends when needed.

● Must be dependable and maintain excellent attendance.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

● Strong attention to detail.

● Ability to complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly.

● Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

● Must comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Position requires standing and walking for extended periods and the ability to bend, reach, stoop, push, pull, and perform repetitive cleaning activities throughout the workday.
