IT Support Technician

IT Support Technician Location: Tulsa, OK Salary: $65,000-$75,000 per year Position Summary Fuse3 Solutions is partnering with a leading organization seeking an IT Support Technician to provide professional customer service and technical assistance to end users. This position will provide onsite support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with the maintenance and configuration of desktop systems, peripherals, and network resources. Key Responsibilities Provide telephone and desk-side technical support for computer, software, hardware, peripheral, and network-related issues. Serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting PC, printer, hardware, and software problems. Grant system access, make access changes, and reset passwords. Provide Level 1 desktop, network, and application support to a distributed user base. Learn and support internal business applications. Install, upgrade, move, and configure computer workstations, software printers, and other peripheral devices. Identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and escalat?? Accurately document support calls and activities within the appropriate tracking system. Assist with special IT projects and additional duties as assigned. Follow and enforce company Information Technology policies and procedures. Qualifications Associate's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience providing Level 1 & 2 help desk support as part of a corporate IT team. Basic technical certification such as CompTIA A+, networking, MCP, or similar certification preferred. Working knowledge of desktop computer hardware and software. Experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows environments. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn new software, hardware, and technologies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with employees at all levels of an organization. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to provide professional and courteous customer service. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting a distributed user base in a corporate environment. Experience troubleshooting printers, peripherals, and workstation hardware.
