Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Appointment Setter role based in Palmdale, CA. The Appointment Setter will make outbound calls to prospective customers, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team to discuss solar solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing appointment calendars, confirming and rescheduling appointments, and accurately recording customer information in company systems. The role involves following up on marketing leads, answering basic customer questions, and ensuring a smooth handoff from initial contact to sales consultation. The Appointment Setter will collaborate with sales representatives and management to meet appointment and lead generation targets while maintaining a professional and courteous customer experience. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling to effectively manage sales calendars and customer bookings. Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers for solar solutions. Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to clearly explain appointment details and engage with a wide range of customers. Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, address concerns, and maintain a positive customer experience. Basic computer proficiency, including CRM or scheduling software, and accurate data entry skills. Ability to work on-site in Palmdale, CA, with reliable attendance and time management. High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in call centers, sales support, or appointment setting is beneficial.
