SLATECO HEATING AND COOLING LLC is looking for a motivated and personable HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team in Roseto, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to build lasting customer relationships while selling industry-leading heating and cooling solutions. If you're passionate about HVAC and thrive in a sales-driven environment, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
- Generate and pursue new sales leads for residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
- Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer heating and cooling needs
- Present and recommend HVAC equipment, service agreements, and installation packages
- Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, and sales contracts
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to close deals and ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with installation and service technicians to ensure seamless project delivery
- Stay current on HVAC product lines, industry trends, and energy efficiency standards
- Prior experience in HVAC sales, home services sales, or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems and equipment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a sales pipeline independently
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel
- Proficiency with basic computer tools for estimates, proposals, and CRM software
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade certifications a plus
- Ability to pass a standard background check
