Travel Speech Language Pathologist in Longmeadow, MA

A travel Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in Longmeadow, MA, offering a valuable opportunity to support students in a dynamic school setting. This role is ideal for an experienced SLP passionate about delivering individualized therapy and promoting effective communication skills in children and adolescents.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy services tailored to students' unique needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and integrate communication goals into the educational environment.
  • Monitor and document student performance, adjusting interventions as necessary.
  • Participate in meetings, including IEP (Individualized Education Program) planning and review sessions.
  • Travel to assigned school locations within the area as required.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders in pediatric populations.
  • Experience working in school settings preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage caseloads independently and work collaboratively with educational staff.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to various school sites.
