Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed clinical assessments to understand each patient's unique mental health landscape and develop tailored treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Utilize solution-focused interventions and therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness approaches to deliver effective therapy sessions.
• Maintain comprehensive, accurate clinical documentation and records that adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, ensuring a seamless transition of care for patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to ensure continuity of care and comprehensive treatment for patients.
• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering an environment of continuous learning and quality improvement within the clinic.
• Provide education to patients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and coping strategies, empowering them to actively participate in their treatment journey.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health practices to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient demographic, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent credentials such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Psychologist.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience specifically focused on psychotherapy, demonstrating a proven track record of therapeutic effectiveness.
