Responsibilities Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability Conduct code reviews, make changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects Your contribution to the team A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills The ability to handle end to end SDLC phases from requirement gathering to implementation A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks A proactive approach to testing, troubleshooting, and refining applications The ability to work with cross-functional teams and perform software integration Required Skills Experience in managing infrastructure, architecture and operations in Power BI/Fabric Experience in overseeing platform upgrades, patching, user provisioning, workspace/projects management, BI content migration, performance tuning, and license optimization Hands‑on experience in administering and managing Microsoft Fabric capacities and workspaces, configuring Fabric tenant settings and governance policies Experience in data source connectivity, gateway management, capacity planning, and security models Knowledge of Power BI tenant settings, workspaces, gateways, and dataflows is required Familiarity with visualization technology’s REST APIs for automation and management Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, and platform scalability Experience designing end‑to‑end BI platform architectures supporting enterprise‑grade analytics Define and enforce governance standards, including data security & RLS/authorization frameworks, naming conventions, workspace/project taxonomy, and usage/audit monitoring Partner with Data Architecture and Cloud teams to define best‑practice integration patterns Manage and mentor a team of cloud visualization platform infrastructure SMEs, providing technical leadership and direction Own and manage platform lifecycle—patching, upgrades, capacity planning, performance tuning, and financial/license management Enable new features, tools, and innovations that enhance user experience and productivity in collaboration with new product innovation and enterprise architecture teams Manage user access (accounts, permissions, and roles) Manage capacity to ensure sufficient resources for user needs Configure platform settings, policies, and features to align with organizational needs and security requirements Ensure governance and compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations Track usage, performance, and auditing activity Knowledge of different Azure/AWS database platforms and SQL Design and implement cloud security principles around data protection, identity and access management (IAM), compliance and regulatory, threat detection and prevention, disaster recovery and business continuity Preferred Skills Problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences Certifications in Azure/AWS platform administration, networking and security are preferred Self‑organization, time management and prioritization skills Collaboration, teamwork and relationship‑building skills across multiple levels and functions in the organization Ability to listen, establish rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner vertically within the business unit or function, and with leadership and functional teams Strategic thinker focused on business‑value results that utilize technical solutions Capable of working effectively in a multi‑tasking environment Visa Status Unable to sponsor now or in the future Additional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
