The Nursing Staff Coordinator (Staffing Coordinator) is responsible for keeping all the hospital units fully staffed, in order for staff to properly care for the patients within the facility. The Staffing Coordinator manages the shift master scheduling software system, adjusting appropriately the staffing levels based on census fluctuations, call-ins and pre-planned leaves of absences to ensure adequate coverage of all shifts. Qualifications Education: High School Graduate/ GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Clinical experience in a psychiatric setting preferred. 1-3 years’ experience required. UKG experience preferred.
