Osmo is headquartered in Elizabeth, NJ, with an additional office in Somerville, MA.Osmo is seeking a Packer to support our fragrance production operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for receiving finished formulas, blending and repacking products into final containers, labeling, and preparing orders for shipment while maintaining quality and throughput.Key Responsibilities:Receive finished formulas from compounding and verify batch identity, quantities, and documentationBlend and homogenize compounded materials in accordance with SOPsTransfer bulk formulas into final bottles or containers accurately and efficientlyApply labels, seals, lot codes, and packaging components per quality standardsAssemble kits or multi-unit orders as requiredPackage finished goods for shipment, ensuring order accuracy and proper protectionStage completed orders for shipping and fulfillment handoffInspect finished products for defects, leaks, or labeling errorsMaintain clean and organized packaging workstationsAdhere to safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standardsRequired Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExperience in manufacturing, packaging, or production environments preferredAbility to follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and quality standardsStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasksComfortable handling liquids, bottles, and packaging materialsGood communication skills and ability to work as part of a production teamReliable, efficient, and quality-focusedSalary Range: $18-$22/hrBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and more.All employment decisions and responsibilities are determined based on current ability and your ability to grow, without regard to race, color, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, religion, age, marital status, physical, mental, or sensory disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
