At Holy City Gutterworks , we’re Charleston’s rainwater management experts. We’re growing fast and hiring Outside Sales Representatives who want to learn, grow, and succeed.

This role is perfect for someone who may not have a traditional sales background but is willing to learn, enjoys talking with people, and is motivated to grow. We provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing support —all you need to bring is a strong work ethic and customer-first attitude.

Compensation

• Commission Draw Pay Structure – guaranteed draw while you build your pipeline, then earn uncapped commissions
• $5,000 Bonus at Six Months (based on performance and continued employment)
• Unlimited earning potential

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners in their homes to explain solutions that fit their needs
• Use tools like a tape measurer to assess spaces and make accurate recommendations
• Work warm leads provided by the company, while also self-generating leads through canvassing, networking, and referrals
• Build trust and guide customers to the right products/services without pushy sales tactics
• Follow up with customers and maintain excellent communication
• Work toward achievable sales goals while building a rewarding career

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communicator – professional verbal and written communication skills
• People-first mindset – you enjoy helping others and making their experience positive
• Motivated to learn – sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Professional and dependable – you show up on time, follow through, and present yourself well
• Comfortable entering customers’ homes and using basic tools (like a tape measurer)
• Must have a dependable vehicle and a valid driver’s license with 3 or fewer infractions
• Able to pass background/drug screenings/DISC profile
