• Operate the industrial dishwasher
• Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles

• Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear on resources
• Clean dish storage, sweep and mop floors as needed
• Follow sanitation policies at all times
• Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times
• Perform opening, closing and side work
• Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately

• Changing dish machine and 3 compartment sink water every 2 hours.
• Keep the loading dock clean and organized.
• Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen
• Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that a spill or accident

• Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans when necessary.
• Supporting other restaurant staff members by assisting them with other tasks as

• Perform additional cleaning duties and requested.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
