Registered Nurse (RN) - Infusion

Registered Nurse – Hematology/Oncology

Schedule

4x10 hour shifts, primarily weekdays with weekend and holiday rotation per unit policy.

Assignment Details

Contract length: 17 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 36 or 40 hours per week.

Requirements

RN license (New York only)
Recent acute care experience required
Hematology/Oncology experience required (minimum of 2 years)
ONC certification required
BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
Telemetry experience

Responsibilities

Provide clinical care and coordination for patients receiving stem cell transplants and cellular therapies.
Administer chemotherapy, blood products, donor leukocytes, and CAR-T product infusions.
Educate patients regarding their treatment plans and procedures.
Demonstrate strong communication skills while working as part of a team.
Exercise independent critical thinking and multitasking abilities.
