Counsel Health, a AI-enabled healthcare startup, is seeking an Analytics Engineer to own the semantic layer and build core data models that turn raw data into insight. You will be the trusted data expert shaping dashboards, data products, and strategic decisions. You’ll lead dbt orchestration, implement reverse ETL, and enforce HIPAA-compliant data access while collaborating across teams.
