Distribution Associate Active - Full-time Regular full-time Delaware NOT Wilmington, Newark, DE, US Overview Sobieski Enterprises, Inc. of Newark, DE is looking to hire an energetic and reliable full-time Warehouse/Distribution Associate. We are a well-established home services and construction company with a fun and cohesive work environment and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Pull warehouse material based on pick tickets, assemble, pack, build pallets, wrap, label, and stage according to established procedures for accuracy and timely delivery. Perform inventory replenishment, routine cleanup, equipment operation and upkeep, and safety compliance. Safely operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, and other equipment as needed. Collaborate with warehouse staff, CDL drivers, the supply center, and field workers to ensure projects are completed on time. Be a proactive team player who supports construction projects and meets customer demand. Qualifications Experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and maintain integrity and professionalism with customers and coworkers. Ability to follow laws, rules, and company policies. Schedule This full-time Warehouse Associate role typically works Monday–Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Flexibility to work overtime, Saturdays, and Sundays when needed.
