Production Planning Specialist

To enhance customer satisfaction and streamline production processes, the full-time Customer Contact will monitor and manage production work orders, develop and optimize schedules, and coordinate with various teams while working in a flexible hybrid environment based in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Key responsibilities Lead cross-functional production planning meetings to assess schedules and manage capacity constraints Maintain accurate production schedules and provide timely status updates to internal teams and external customers Manage customer orders within SAP and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of materials for production Required qualifications Demonstrated experience in production planning and scheduling within manufacturing environments Familiarity with ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
