Overnight Front Desk Concierge

Who You Are:

A night owl who loves engaging with people and making their day (or night!)
Experienced in hospitality or upscale retail, with a knack for exceeding expectations.
A problem-solver who communicates effectively and dresses to impress.
Self-motivated, organized, and proactive, with a positive attitude that's contagious.

Shifts Available:

Full-time or Part-time, Overnight (Because the city never sleeps, and neither does luxury.)

Be the welcoming face of luxury, greeting residents and visitors with warmth.

Build and maintain positive relationships with all members of our community.
Keep a vigilant eye on safety and security, because peace of mind is priceless.
Handle a variety of requests, from dinner reservations to package delivery, with efficiency and discretion.

Requirements:

3+ years in hospitality or a high-end retail setting.
A proven track record of delivering top-tier service.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays because luxury never takes a day off.
