Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Thursday from 7:30/8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday from 7:30/8:00 AM until 40-hour weekly requirement is met (shorter day)

• Guaranteed 40 hours per week for 13-week contract

• Accept new graduates with minimum requirement of Physical Therapy degree

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required

• Required certifications: AHA BLS, Michigan State PT Licensure, NPI number

• Float to Aspirus Ironwood Clinic as needed

• One weekend per month on-call requirement with minimum 2-hour call-back

• Casual professional attire required

• Use Epic EMR for charting and documentation

• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility

• Evaluate, treat, and plan patient care according to Physical Therapy Standards of practice

• Document to meet regulatory and reimbursement requirements

• Treat diverse patient population including outpatient and inpatient mix across lifespan from pediatrics through geriatrics

• Handle orthopedic cases (Post Op TKA, THA, TSA, etc.) and outpatient neurology cases

• Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours
