Registered Nurse - ICU - 13 Week Contract

Location: Manchester, NH

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Job Description: The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at our facility provides advanced care for critically ill patients. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team, equipped with the necessary licenses and certifications to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage patient care for a diverse population of critically ill patients.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment including IV pumps, ventilators, and telemetry monitors.
• Administer medications and manage critical drips as prescribed.
• Perform procedures such as central line insertions, chest tube insertions, and intubation.
• Work collaboratively within a healthcare team to provide holistic patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN license in the state of New Hampshire.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Experience in telemetry and critical care settings (PCU or greater preferred).
• Familiarity with critical drips and ventilator care is preferred.
