Job Description Summary:

ModMed is looking for a Digital Strategist to evaluate, analyze, and optimize customer journeys across our website, external content, and media channels. In this role, you will bridge the gap between data-driven insights and strategic execution, connecting audience insights, brand strategy, and performance metrics to craft high-impact digital experiences. You will zoom out to build holistic journey strategies and zoom in to turn raw analytics into measurable business growth.

Your Role:

• Develop integrated digital customer journeys aligned with overarching business objectives, brand direction, and product/market strategies.
  
• Go beyond basic traffic metrics by combining web analytics, heatmap data, A/B testing history, and specialist insights to uncover root performance drivers.
  
• Leverage AI tools to gather diverse data inputs while applying human context and strategic nuance to build cohesive, actionable recommendations.
  
• Partner cross-functionally with paid media, email marketing, events, and content teams to align digital execution across full-funnel marketing campaigns.
  
• Collaborate with web, UX, creative, and technical teams to optimize site architecture, landing pages, personalization, and conversion paths.
  
• Establish KPIs, ROI measurement frameworks, and continuous testing roadmaps to elevate campaign performance.
  
• Monitor emerging trends in search, social media, healthcare technology, user experience, and practical AI applications.
  

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
  
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, digital strategy, customer experience, or a related role.
  
• Proven track record in B2B and SaaS marketing environments (required), with healthcare industry experience preferred.
  
• Broad understanding of core digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, social, email, web content, analytics, and conversion rate optimization.
  
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantitative and qualitative data into clear, persuasive strategic recommendations.
  
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional project management skills.
  
• Active curiosity about emerging digital trends and AI capabilities.
  
• Ability to travel domestically around 10-15%.
