MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER

Assemble cabinets and barriers in compliance with blueprints. Install motor and gear boxes into cabinets.

DUTIES:

• Assemble operator cabinets per prints.
• Install arms and assemble counterweights.
• Install motor and gear box into housings.
• Fit parts accurately to high quality standards
• Any other Roles & Responsibilities as determined by your supervisor or Manager

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience:

• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to read and interpret prints
• Ability to read tape measure and micrometer
• Efficient with basic hand tools and power tools
• Ability to identify bolt size
• Operating overhead/ jib cranes
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to read and interpret production schedules, seamless system, equipment manuals

SHIFT TIME: 1st Shift : 5AM-3:30 PM Monday-Thursday **** If overtime work is scheduled then Overtime will be required as needed.****
