Strategic Labor Cost Lead - Negotiation & Economics

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Labor Relations Lead – Costing & Strategic Economics to serve as the enterprise expert for labor costing and strategic economic insights across the system. The role develops costing models, advises on negotiation strategy, and presents economic bargaining positions to leadership. It partners with HR, Finance and Legal to align labor strategy and policy initiatives.
