Salary: $64,492 - 71,218 per year Requirements:

• We need 4+ years in IT infrastructure or Microsoft 365 support, with genuine depth rather than repeating the same first-year experience.
• We require hands-on administration of production Microsoft 365 tenants.
• We need experience with an RMM or multi-tenant management platform, whether ours or a comparable solution.
• We require an associate degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical hands-on experience.
• We value certifications such as MS-102, MD-102, SC-300, AZ-104, and Network+.
• We require participation in an on-call rotation.
• We require a valid drivers license and the ability to travel to client sites as needed.
• A background check is required.
• We require the ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
• We require the ability to occasionally lift equipment weighing more than 50 pounds.

• We support a portfolio of cloud-first client environments as an experienced IT generalist.
• We handle advanced support and engineering across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, OneDrive, endpoint security, networking, and SaaS backup.
• We work at scale across many tenants, using MSP tools such as RMM, multi-tenant policy management, network monitoring, documentation, and PSA platforms.
• We scope, estimate, document, and communicate client technical work with our engineers and vCIOs.
• We untangle SharePoint and OneDrive permissions, sharing, guest access, and synchronization issues.
• We design practical SharePoint site and library structures, and migrate clients from file servers or other platforms without losing metadata or permissions.
• We configure retention, versioning, recovery, and restore data when needed.
• We administer Entra ID, including users, groups, dynamic membership, licensing, and app registrations.
• We configure and troubleshoot conditional access, MFA, and modern authentication.
• We manage devices in Intune, including compliance policies, configuration profiles, app deployment, and Autopilot enrollment.
• We diagnose policy deployment issues instead of relying on repeated re-syncs.
• We support Entra-joined devices when problems arise.
• We configure mail flow, transport rules, shared mailboxes, and Teams settings.
• We troubleshoot mail flow with message trace and header analysis.
• We apply Microsoft 365 security best practices and work with Defender for Office 365 and Defender for Endpoint.
• We manage patching and endpoint protection across multiple tenants.
• We diagnose DNS, DHCP, VPN, and general connectivity issues, and we configure firewalls, VLANs, switch ports, and wireless at client sites.
• We manage public DNS records and understand SPF, DKIM, and DMARC well enough to resolve deliverability issues.
• We support occasional legacy server or Active Directory environments when needed.
• We manage SaaS backup for Microsoft 365 and verify that restores work.
• We recover deleted mailboxes, sites, and files under time pressure.
• We use RMM tooling effectively, including policies, monitors, scripted actions, patch rings, and alert tuning.
• We manage Microsoft 365 configuration across many tenants, including baselines, drift detection, and controlled rollout of changes.
• We maintain strong documentation and PSA hygiene so work can be supported after handoff.
• We automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual effort wherever possible.
• We tune noisy alerts rather than ignoring them.
