McDonald's Crew Member Position

As a crew member at McDonald's, you will be an integral part of the team, delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service to our guests. You can work in a variety of roles including front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, and dining area to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Accepting a position with our company may include the following duties:

Preparation of our iconic and delicious food

Delivering outstanding customer service

Effective and respectful communication skills.

Accurate cashiering

Keeping our restaurant spotless - cleaning the kitchen, lobby and bathrooms, etc.

A candidate must be able to:

Lift up to 50 pounds. Some items may be more

Be on your feet for up to eight hours

Bending, lifting, twisting.
