Your day as a Member Experience Specialist II As a Member Experience Specialist II at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, you'll play a key role in deepening member relationships and delivering personalized financial solutions that help our members thrive. In this relationship-focused role, you'll serve as a trusted resource, assisting members with everyday banking needs, opening new accounts, processing transactions, and guiding them through loan application opportunities. Beyond delivering exceptional service, you'll actively identify member needs and recommend products and services that support their financial goals. You'll also contribute to SkyOne's growth by building new member relationships, supporting business development initiatives, participating in Select Employee Group (SEG) visits, and conducting outbound outreach to strengthen community and business partnerships. A strong understanding of Credit Union products, services, and lending solutions is essential, along with the ability to engage members in meaningful conversations that uncover opportunities to deepen relationships. Excellent communication, sales, and problem-solving skills will enable you to deliver professional, efficient service while building trust and loyalty with every interaction. Success also requires strong attention to detail, accuracy in processing transactions, and adherence to cash handling and compliance procedures. The ability to manage multiple priorities, meet performance goals, and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment is critical. QUALIFICATIONS Windows, Word, Excel and Internet proficiency. Proficient in 10-key and typing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to any situation Goal Oriented Able to identify and uncover members and non-members needs. Dependable Working knowledge of our electronic delivery services.
